License
When you purchase an edition you receive a personal license to the PPTX files included with that edition. The Scholar Edition and the Complete Edition grant single-household use. The Facilitator Edition grants single-classroom use by one named educator. The license does not include the right to redistribute, resell, sublicense, or post the files publicly.
Intellectual property
VSPR, including the curriculum, the PPTX files, the brand, and all accompanying material, is the property of Vesper Marketing LLC and is protected by United States copyright law. All rights not expressly granted by the license are reserved.
Acceptable use
You may use the materials with your family or your classroom. You may not use them as the basis for a competing curriculum, you may not extract the content for use in another product, and you may not train machine learning models on the files.
No guarantee of outcomes
VSPR teaches a method. We do not guarantee admission to any school, improvement in grades, increases in test scores, or any other educational outcome. The value of the curriculum is in the method itself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vesper Marketing LLC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the materials shall not exceed the amount you paid for the edition. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado.
