Our Ethics.

VSPR is made by Vesper Marketing LLC. We think the small choices a company makes in how it sells, collects data, and talks to its customers add up to its character. Here is how we try to behave.

We do not promise outcomes we cannot deliver.

VSPR teaches a method. It does not guarantee college admissions, grade improvements, or test score gains. When we describe what the curriculum does, we describe what it teaches, not what it produces. Any testimonials on this site are real, attributed with the person's first name or initials plus their city and role, and published with permission.

We do not market to minors.

The Scholar Edition is designed for students ages 12 to 18, but the buyer is always an adult. Our advertising is restricted to audiences aged 25 and older. We do not target young people with ads, we do not collect data from young people on this site, and the product is delivered as a file for use offline, which means students do not need to create an account to participate.

We collect the data we need and nothing more.

We capture your email, your name, your purchase history, your referral source if you share it, and anonymous product analytics through PostHog and Meta Pixel. We use Meta's Conversions API to measure our advertising, which transmits aggregated event data, not personal profiles. We honor Global Privacy Control signals and disable non-essential tracking when your browser sends one. We never sell customer data. See our Privacy Policy for the full accounting.

We price plainly.

The Scholar Edition is $500. The Facilitator Edition is $500. The Complete Edition, which includes both, is $900. These prices are flat, one-time, and include everything delivered with the edition. We do not run manufactured urgency, countdown timers, or upsells after checkout. We do run occasional discounts for educators and institutional buyers, disclosed openly.

We honor the refund.

Our refund window is 14 days, no questions asked. Email us and it will be handled within one business day.

We take educator access seriously.

Teachers, counselors, and verified program leaders who want to evaluate VSPR for classroom use can request a complimentary Facilitator Edition by writing to hello@vesper-marketing.com from a school-affiliated email address. We extend this courtesy because the people teaching young people are rarely the people with the easiest budgets.

If something here is wrong, tell us.

If any practice described on this page does not match our behavior in a specific situation, write to hello@vesper-marketing.com. A real person reads that inbox. We will correct the record or correct the practice, and in some cases both.
