What we collect
We collect the information you give us at checkout and in account forms: your email, your name, your purchase history, the referral source you share with us, and your marketing opt-in preference. We also collect anonymous product analytics through PostHog and Meta Pixel.
How we use it
We use this information to deliver the product you bought, to send you transactional email related to your purchase and account, to measure the effectiveness of our marketing in aggregate, and, only if you have opted in, to send you occasional marketing correspondence.
Who we share it with
We share what is necessary with the services that help us run the site and process payments. These are Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), Lovable Cloud (hosting and database), PostHog (product analytics), and Meta (advertising measurement through the Conversions API and the Meta Pixel). We do not share your information with any other third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Financial records are retained for seven years as required by tax and accounting rules. Account information is retained until you ask us to delete it.
Your rights under the Colorado Privacy Act
As a Colorado resident you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, to receive a portable copy, and to opt out of the sale of personal data and of targeted advertising. Global Privacy Control
We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser sends a GPC signal we automatically suppress the Meta Pixel and PostHog analytics on this site, and we treat your visit as an opt-out of targeted advertising and the sale of personal data, without requiring you to take any further action.
